Agreement to these terms

These terms apply whenever you use realitymanual.com or purchase The Reality Manual from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

The product

We sell one product: The Reality Manual, Hardcover, Deluxe First Edition, a premium linen hardcover with dust jacket, at the price shown on the site at checkout. We don't currently offer paperback or digital editions.

Orders & payment

• All prices are shown in USD. Shipping is calculated based on your country and postal code and added to the book price at checkout, so you'll always see the full total before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an address we're unable to ship to, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

Shipping & fulfillment

Your book is printed and shipped for us by BookVault, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner based in the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary, particularly for international orders, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, or other events outside our control. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority, which are your responsibility.

If, for any reason, we or BookVault are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund your payment in full and let you know so you can try again if you'd still like a copy.

Returns & refunds

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@realitymanual.com and we'll make it right, a replacement or a refund. Beyond that, because each copy is printed to order, we don't currently offer returns for a simple change of mind; if something about your order doesn't seem right, reach out to the same address and we'll look at it case by case.

Intellectual property

The text, content, and design of The Reality Manual, and the content of this website, are owned by us or our licensors. Buying a copy of the book gives you a physical copy for your own personal use. It doesn't give you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from its contents.

Limitation of liability

The Reality Manual and this website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the product, beyond the amount you actually paid us for your order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
